EDD

The EDD (Employment Development Department) provides a variety of support services to people who have lost their jobs, had their hours reduced, or had their businesses affected due to the impacts of COVID-19 in California. For faster and more convenient access to those services, you are encouraged to use their online options.

Our office has received numerous calls about possible fraud when it comes to EDD Claims. If you believe your information has been used to file a fraudulent the EDD website features information about fraud and options on how to report it. The easiest way to report is through the online Fraud Reporting Form. In order to protect the confidentiality and integrity of an investigation, the EDD cannot provide those who report fraud any updates unless ordered by a court or required by law.
