The Governor's signing of AB 531 and SB 326 places Proposition 1 on the March 2024 ballot and will allow Californians the opportunity to bring about transformative change to our mental health system and add a significant number of treatment beds and housing units to those experiencing behavioral health challenges and homelessness.
