I hosted a Senior Scam seminar this morning in Port Hueneme with the CSLB, US Postal Service, Ventura County DA’s Office and Bureau of Real Estate.

CSUCI Student Government came by my District Office to discuss civic engagement and politics. 

I’m honored to receive the Golden Bear Award from the California Enlisted Association of the National Guard.

I spent a day learning more about public safety during my visit to Ventura County Courts, Cal Fire Camp, California Conservation Corps, and Todd Rd Jail. These agencies play a crucial role in ensuring our security.

I'm honored to have had so many constituents come to the District Office open house. I had a great time meeting and talking to everyone who came. It was a great night and I'm looking forward to working toward our common goals this year.

Thousands gathered at Plaza Park in downtown Oxnard for the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Freedom March. The crowd marched down Hobson Way to the Oxnard Performing Arts Center for the celebration.
