CAMARILLO – Join Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin (D- Thousand Oaks) for a special Facebook LIVE event featuring a one-on-one interview with Dr. Samuel I. Fink, MD, FACP - an internal medicine specialist based in Tarzana, who is currently treating patients with coronavirus.

Dr. Fink has been on the frontline of educating the public on COVID-19 via KTLA, CNN, FOX, and through his own Facebook LIVE sessions titled “The Fink Tank.” He made headlines early last month as one of the first medical professionals to urge for the closure of schools to slow the spread of the disease. Dr. Fink will provide his perspective on battling the virus, from his first cases to how the virus has unraveled nationally, and will share his analysis on what we can expect for the future.

“Dr. Fink was one of the first doctors in California to sound the alarm about the severity of the coronavirus, with over 30 years of experience in the medical field; he is passionate about educating the public on COVID-19. I am excited to host this Facebook LIVE event to provide more insight to the constituents in my district,” stated Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin.

The interview “Coronavirus and Where We Stand: A Facebook LIVE Q&A event with Dr. Samuel Fink – As seen on national media outlets,” will be streamed on Facebook LIVE via Assemblymember Irwin’s Facebook page on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.

Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin represents California’s 44th Assembly District, which includes the communities of Camarillo, Casa Conejo, Channel Islands Beach, El Rio, Lake Sherwood, Moorpark, Oak Park, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Rosa Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village.
