Assemblywoman Irwin supports Borderline Families Appeal to CA Supreme Court

Assemblywoman Jacqui Irwin (D-Thousand Oaks) recently filed an amicus letter in support of the Borderline Families petition for review to the California Supreme Court in the case HOUSLEY v. LOS ANGELES TIMES COMMUNICATIONS. The litigation centers on the Borderline Families efforts to keep private the autopsy reports of their slain loved ones, and opposes the efforts of conspiracy theorists, copycats, and the media to further capitalize on the tragic loss of these beloved members of our community.
