SACRAMENTO – Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin (D-Thousand Oaks), Chair of the Joint Legislative Committee on Climate Change Policies, sent her legislation to reauthorize California’s landmark greenhouse gas law, Assembly Bill 1207, to the Governor after passing both the Senate (29-6) and Assembly (58-10). 

SACRAMENTO – Assembly Bill 810, a bill authored by Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin (D-Thousand Oaks), has passed two key committees in the State Assembly and is now awaiting consideration by the Assembly Appropriations Committee.

To address a shortage of accounting professionals in California, Assembly Bill (AB) 1175 will modify requirements for the CPA license and enhance consumer access to accounting services.
